Why Weekly Reports?
Dental office weekly reports are generated at different intervals throughout each month. And different reports are run on specific days of the month. At least, that is how I do it.
And I manage this through a system I created myself. I love it, because this Weekly Management System works all the major dental front office systems consistently. So, we are able to know what is going on all throughout the month. And we don’t wait until the end of the month for a surprise or a big pile of reports to work through.
It’s the best way to get it all done! Create accountability, efficiency, and productivity in your dental administrative systems. And use my proven method. It’s so simple. And remarkably powerful! Let’s take a closer look.

Dental Office Weekly Reports Include Collections
Patient Aging Report
The patient aging report is a report I run every Tuesday. However, I look at a different group of patient balances each week. But be sure to run a new report each week. Even though you only target a segment of the report each week. We still want to be sure we have a fresh report each week. A balance can be paid any time. So be sure to also double-check your report against your software system. And double-check every patient account before making a call or sending a letter to anyone.

The Insurance Aging Report
On Wednesdays, I print the insurance aging report each week. And like the patient aging report, I run a new report each week. But my system runs in the other direction for this report. In fact, I start with the over 90 days first and address any claim over 90 days at the beginning of each month. Once you get your insurance aging report on a schedule, you will most likely not find any claims over 90 days. Won’t that be nice!

Dental Office Weekly Reports Include Hygiene
Dental office weekly reports include unscheduled hygiene patients. This report is run every Thursday. And this report will do several things for your dental practice. It will help you keep continuing care settings clean. And you will be able to better manage your inactive and active patients. Additionally, this report gives you the information you need to reach out to unscheduled hygiene patients.
No more wondering what happened to your patients!
