The business of dentistry is an exciting place to be.  I too fell in love with dentistry.   For so many reasons.  The initial draw to me was the idea of weekends and holidays off.   As a young woman with a young family, I wanted to spend time with my young children.

Connecting in such a big way to the community was deeply fulfilling.  Strangers in the supermarket were now patients that I recognized.  Or even potential patients I wanted to meet.  And the dental office was the doorway to my place in the adult world.

Yet, there was one thing I didn’t like.  And it was huge!  The lack of structured training in dental administration caused much angst.  Try and try and tray again.   That was the only way.  As there was no internet available at the beginning of my dental career.

Step 1

Choose a training bundle that suits your needs.   Begin with a specific system and work through that one system.  You’ll find targeted training bundles available to you here, as well as a membership option.  You might even want to bring me along with you for your first 30-days!

Step 2

Take 30 days and work through one system at a time.  Set 3 specific goals to accomplish in those 30 days.  Designate a start date and a finish date.  Be sure to work through this as a team.   A weekly team meeting and coaching session are best.  Celebrate success.  At the end of each month, mark and celebrate your successes!
